Trademark registration in India
Register your brand name, logo or slogan with the Indian Trade Marks Registry. We handle the search, paperwork and follow-up; an independent advocate or registered trademark agent files and represents you.

Add-on services
Trademark watch
We check every new issue of the Trade Marks Journal for marks similar to yours and send you a monthly report. If a conflicting mark appears, you hear about it in time to oppose it within the four-month window.
₹4,999 per mark, per class, per year
Copyright registration for your logo
A logo is also an artistic work. Registering it with the Copyright Office gives you extra evidence of ownership. For a logo used on goods, the Copyright Office needs a search certificate from the Trade Marks Registry, which we arrange.
₹2,999 + government fees
Logo design
Three logo concepts from an independent designer, one round of changes, and final files. The designer assigns the copyright to you in writing, so the logo is fully yours before it is filed.
₹2,499
