Why we collect it
To respond to your request, search records, prepare your case, coordinate the professional who files, and send updates and deadline reminders. Optional tips are sent only if you tick that box.
Who we share it with
The independent advocate, trademark agent or US attorney handling your matter; government offices when an application is filed (filed applications become public); and service providers that host our website, forms and email. We do not sell your data.
Transfers abroad
For US filings, your details are shared with a US attorney and the USPTO in the United States.
How long we keep it
For as long as your matter is active and up to 3 years after, unless law requires longer. You may ask us to delete your data earlier, subject to records we must keep.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to ip.Narinder_adv@markbridgetrademark.com. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its Rules.
