Refund and cancellation policy

Before work starts
If you cancel before we start work, we refund our fee in full, less any payment gateway charges.
After work starts
Once a search, report, document review or case set-up has started, the fee for that work is non-refundable. Where only part of a service is done, we may refund or credit the unused part.
Government fees
Government fees paid to the Trade Marks Registry or the USPTO are non-refundable once paid, including if an application is refused, opposed or abandoned.
Professional fees
Fees of independent advocates, trademark agents or US attorneys are governed by their own engagement terms.
Outcomes
No refund is due only because a similar mark is found, an objection is raised, the application is delayed, opposed or refused, or you change your plans.
