1. Who we are
MarkBridge Trademark Support ("we") provides technology, administrative and case-management support for trademark matters. We are not a law firm, an advocate's office, a trademark agent, or a government body.
2. No legal advice
Information on this website, in search summaries and in our messages is general information, not legal advice or a legal opinion. Legal advice, filing and representation are provided only by independent advocates, registered trademark agents or US-licensed attorneys, under their own terms.
3. Your responsibilities
You must give accurate and complete information, own or be authorised to act for the owner of the mark, and respond to requests and deadlines on time. Missed deadlines can lead to abandonment of an application.
4. No guarantee
No search or filing can guarantee that a trademark will be accepted, registered, or free from conflict. The Trade Marks Registry and the USPTO decide independently.
5. Fees
Our fees, professional fees and government fees are shown separately. We do not file or charge government fees without your approval. Our fees exclude GST where applicable.
6. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned. We are not liable for decisions of government offices or for the advice of independent professionals.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction.
