For Indian brands
US trademark filing support
Selling on Amazon US, Shopify or to American customers? A US trademark protects your brand there. Applicants based outside the US must file through a US-licensed attorney. We prepare everything and coordinate that attorney for you.
Why a US attorney is required. Since August 2019 the USPTO requires applicants and registrants based outside the United States to be represented by an attorney licensed in a US state. MarkBridge is not a law firm; the attorney is independent, advises you directly and bills you separately.
How it works
- Free readiness check (15 minutes)What you sell in the US, your brand, and whether you already use it there. No legal advice.
- US search summaryWe compile similar marks from the USPTO records for the attorney to assess.
- Guided intakeOwner details, goods and services in plain words, logo, and proof of US use (listing pages, labels, invoices).
- Attorney review and filingThe US-licensed attorney advises you, confirms the classes and files with the USPTO.
- TrackingFirst USPTO action usually comes in about 4 to 6 months; we track deadlines and keep you updated.
