Remote legal operations and document support
Reliable remote support for small and mid-sized US law firms. We reduce your non-billable workload through organised case files, medical chronologies, document summaries, drafting support and virtual legal-assistant hours, always under your attorneys' supervision.
What we do
Medical chronologies
Every visit, test, procedure and prescription in date order, with provider, diagnosis and the bates page it comes from, plus a treatment-gap list for the attorney.
Medical-bill summaries
Billed, paid, adjusted and outstanding amounts by provider, with liens and letters of protection flagged.
Case-file organisation
Files sorted, bates-stamped, bookmarked and indexed, with a missing-documents list and a consistent naming convention.
Document summaries
Summaries of deposition transcripts, correspondence, insurance policies and productions, with page references.
Drafting support
Demand-package exhibits, damages tables, records-request letters and first drafts for attorney review.
Virtual legal assistant
Intake updates, records-request tracking, case-management data entry and calendar support, by the hour.
Our background is insurance claims: insurer, surveyor and corporate-claimant experience. That helps with medical bills, policy declarations, PIP/MedPay, UM/UIM and health-plan subrogation documents in a file.
Fixed-price pilots
Start with one small, fixed-price assignment. We do not do free work, and you never pay more than the quote.
